Streamline Data Collection by Adding Nintex Forms to SharePoint Pages

Nintex Forms provide powerful tools to create and customize forms in SharePoint, enhancing data collection and workflow automation.

Steps to Add Nintex Form to SharePoint Page:

  1. Create the Nintex Form:
    • Open the desired SharePoint list or library.
    • Select Nintex Forms from the ribbon to create a new form.
  2. Design the Form:
    • Use the drag-and-drop designer to add and arrange form controls.
    • Customize the form’s appearance with themes and styles.
  3. Publish the Form:
    • Save and publish the form to make it available to users.
  4. Embed the Form in SharePoint Page:
    • Navigate to the SharePoint page where you want to add the form.
    • Click on the “Edit” button to enter edit mode.
    • Add the Nintex Forms web part to the page.
  5. Configure Form Settings:

  6. Save and Publish:
